The call never gets answered and the two old English women at reception are very rude and lazy they need putting out to pasture well past there use dates apart from that nurses are good Tiffany and both doctors are very good dr Neal Patel and the Indian lady doctor

I had mentioned to the doctor that me and my son got the flu at the same time, I was advised by NHS to go hospital and my son to go to this Herschel walk in centre, I had explained that the hospital done some tests and given me antibiotics and my son has all those symptoms as me.

Went in for a paid appointment. Doctor confirmed the appointment was for 3pm but our was not seen till 4pm. No update from reception staff except a face and blunt sorry. Utterly useless medical centre. Will not recommend this to anyone

Been a patient here for many years. Bennett been treated with anything other than politeness and professionalism. However, im quote happy to have an appointment with any Dr so i can understand frustration id tippy want to see a specific one. It does often take quite a while to get through to the appointment line but as long as your patient ( excuse the pun) you will get an appointment. I've been referred to specialist services in a timely fashion and i have always been contacted back when they say they will. My partner has just registered here and has commented on what a good practice it is compared to her last one.
